1. Scope of Services
evisassaudiarabia.com (herein referred to as "the Agency") provides private consultancy and application management services for the Saudi Arabia E-Visa. We are a private entity and are not affiliated with the Government of Saudi Arabia. Our service fee includes professional data review, mandatory medical insurance, and submission of the application to the official portals.
2. Fees and Payments
By submitting an application, the User agrees to pay the following service fees:

Standard Visa Service: 200 USD (Includes government fees and mandatory medical insurance).

Urgent Visa Service: 250 USD (Includes government fees and mandatory medical insurance).

Priority Support (Optional): +30 USD additional fee for dedicated agent support and the Error-Free Guarantee.
3. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Once an application has been reviewed by our specialists or submitted to the government authorities, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:

Visa rejection by the Saudi Arabian government.

Changes in travel plans or voluntary cancellation by the User.

Errors in information provided by the User.
4. Exclusive Error-Free Guarantee
The Error-Free Guarantee is only valid for customers who have selected and paid for the Priority Service (+30 USD).

If a Priority application is rejected, the Agency will provide a 50% discount on the service fee for a single re-application.

Standard and Urgent applications are not covered by this guarantee.
5. Accuracy of Information
The User is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and a digital photograph. Any delays or rejections caused by inaccurate data, such as a wrong Address of Accommodation in Saudi Arabia, are the responsibility of the User.
6. Fraudulent Chargebacks and Disputes
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If a User initiates a dispute with their bank after services have been rendered:

We will provide all IP logs, communication records, and submitted data to the financial institution.

We reserve the right to report the individual to international immigration databases, which may result in a permanent ban from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not responsible for any financial losses, missed flights, or hotel cancellations resulting from visa delays or rejections by the Saudi government.

1. Is the service fee refundable if my visa application is rejected by the government?
No. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you acknowledge that the fees for Standard (200 USD) and Urgent (250 USD) applications are strictly non-refundable. These fees cover non-recoverable costs, including official Saudi government charges, mandatory medical insurance, and our professional manual data review.
2. What does the "Error-Free Guarantee" cover under the Priority Service?
The "Error-Free Guarantee" is an exclusive feature available only to customers who pay the additional Priority Service fee (+30 USD). In the event of a visa rejection, Priority customers receive a 50% discount on the service fee for their next application attempt. This guarantee does not apply to Standard or Urgent plans.
3. What happens if I initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through my bank?
Our company has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If a dispute is opened after the service is initiated, we will provide your financial institution with full evidence of the transaction. Furthermore, our legal team will pursue international litigation for fraud, and your details may be reported to immigration databases, potentially impacting future travel to Saudi Arabia.
