Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website evisassaudiarabia.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Nexus Solutions Global LLC, (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
We provide an online platform to assist users in applying for the official Saudi Arabia e-Visa through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) system. We act as a facilitator: we collect your information, verify it for accuracy, and submit your application to the official MOFA portal. We do not issue visas ourselves – the final decision is made solely by the Government of Saudi Arabia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.

Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in visa rejection and no refund will be issued.

You are responsible for double-checking all passport details, dates, and personal information before submission.

You must comply with all Saudi immigration laws, including exit requirements within 90 days per visit.
4. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are as follows (all-inclusive: government fee + mandatory insurance + our support):

Standard Processing: 200 USD (3–9 business days)

Urgent Processing: 250 USD (usually within 24 hours)

Super Rush Processing: 300 USD (typically within 2 hours, subject to availability)

Priority Support Upgrade: +30 USD (includes 50% discount on next application service fee if rejected)
All payments are final and non-refundable once the application is submitted to MOFA. No refunds will be issued for visa rejection, changes in plans, errors in your information, or any other reason.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable. This includes cases of:

Visa rejection by the Saudi Government

Errors or changes in your application details

Cancellation or no-show

Any other circumstances
The only exception is the Priority Support Upgrade (+30 USD): if your visa is rejected, you receive a 50% discount on the service fee for your next application. Standard and Urgent plans do not include this benefit.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide application assistance and verification services only. We do not guarantee visa approval – that decision rests solely with the Government of Saudi Arabia. We are not liable for:

Visa rejection or delay

Any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Service

Errors in information you provide

Changes in Saudi immigration laws or policies
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Submit false or misleading information

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Service

Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after service has been provided
8. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated after we have processed your application (e.g., “service not received” or “unauthorized transaction”), we will provide full evidence (IP logs, communication records, submission data) to your bank and pursue legal action for fraud and damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service (text, design, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The final decision is made by the Saudi Government. If you purchased Priority Support (+30 USD), you receive a 50% discount on the service fee for your next application. Standard and Urgent plans do not offer refunds or discounts.
