1. PRICING AND SERVICE FEES

By using our services, you agree to the following fixed pricing structure for the Saudi Arabia E-Visa consultancy:

  • Standard Service: 200 USD

  • Urgent Service: 250 USD

  • Priority Service Add-on: +30 USD (Includes Error-Free Guarantee)

These fees are all-inclusive, covering the official Saudi government visa fees, mandatory medical insurance, and our professional manual data review and 24/7 support.

2. STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Once the payment is completed, the transaction is considered final and strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the following circumstances:

  • Visa Rejection: If the Government of Saudi Arabia denies your visa for any reason.

  • Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your trip or no longer require the visa.

  • Data Errors: If you provide incorrect information that leads to an invalid visa. We immediately allocate funds to government portals and insurance providers; therefore, we cannot recover these costs.

3. FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Our company has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If a user initiates a dispute through their bank claiming "unauthorized transaction" or "service not received" after the application has been initiated:

  • Evidence Submission: We will provide the bank with IP logs, timestamps, and the specific visa data you submitted as proof of service.

  • Legal Consequences: Our legal department will initiate international litigation for financial fraud. You will be held liable for the original fee, legal costs, and moral damages.

4. ERROR-FREE GUARANTEE (PRIORITY ONLY)

The "Error-Free Guarantee" is only available to customers who select the Priority Service (+30 USD).

  • Standard & Urgent Users: No refunds or discounts are provided in case of rejection.

  • Priority Users: If your visa is rejected, you are entitled to a 50% discount on the service fee for your next application attempt.

1. Why is the fee non-refundable if the government rejects my visa?

The fees of 200 USD or 250 USD cover non-refundable government costs and insurance premiums that are paid out immediately upon your submission. As these funds are transferred to third parties and the Saudi authorities, they cannot be recovered by our agency.

2. Can I change my mind after I have paid?

No. All payments are final. We process applications in real-time to ensure the fastest delivery. We strongly recommend that you double-check all passport information before finalizing your payment for the 200 USD or 250 USD plans.

3. What happens if I file a chargeback with my credit card company?

 

Filing a fraudulent chargeback is a breach of our terms. We will defend our rights by submitting your IP records and application data to the bank. Additionally, fraudulent users may be reported to international immigration databases, which can affect your future travel to Saudi Arabia and other countries.
