PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed on evisassaudiarabia.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for Saudi Arabia e-Visa application services.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Other methods may be added in the future (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

2. Fees and Pricing

Our service fees are transparent and all-inclusive (official government fee + mandatory medical insurance + our professional support):

  • Standard Processing: 200 USD Typical processing time: 3–9 business days

  • Urgent Processing: 250 USD Priority processing: usually within 24 hours

  • Super Rush Processing: 300 USD Ultra-priority processing: typically within 2 hours (subject to government system availability)

  • Priority Support Upgrade: +30 USD Includes Error-Free Guarantee: 50% discount on service fee for next application if rejected

Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Prices may be updated; the price displayed at checkout is the final price.

3. Payment Process

  1. Select your processing speed on the application form.

  2. Enter payment details on the secure checkout page.

  3. Complete payment (you will be redirected to Stripe/PayPal for secure processing).

  4. Receive immediate confirmation email with payment receipt and application reference number.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once the application is submitted to the official Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) portal.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Visa rejection by the Saudi Government

  • Errors or changes in your application details

  • Cancellation or no-show

  • Any other reason or circumstance

The only exception is the Priority Support Upgrade (+30 USD): if your visa is rejected, you receive a 50% discount on the service fee for your next application. Standard and Urgent plans do not offer refunds or discounts.

5. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. If a chargeback is initiated after we have processed your application (e.g., “service not received” or “unauthorized transaction”), we will:

  • Provide full evidence to your bank/payment provider (IP logs, communication records, submission data, timestamped application confirmation)

  • Pursue legal action for fraud and damages (including recovery of original amount + legal fees)

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in reporting to international fraud databases and immigration authorities.

6. Currency & Taxes

All prices are in USD. Any currency conversion fees or taxes (VAT, bank fees) are your responsibility. Prices displayed are final and include all mandatory fees.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a legitimate issue with your payment, contact us at support@evisassaudiarabia.com before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

8. Changes to This Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Are the fees refundable?
    No. All fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to MOFA. The only exception is the Priority Support Upgrade (50% discount on next service fee if rejected).

  2. What is included in the fee?
    Official government visa fee, mandatory medical insurance, and our professional application support and verification services.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

  4. What happens if my payment fails?
    If your payment fails, you will receive an error message. You can try again with a different card or method. Your application is not submitted until payment succeeds.

  5. Do you store my card details?
    No. We do not store full credit card details. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe, PayPal).

  6. What should I do if I see an unauthorized charge?
    Contact us immediately at support@evisassaudiarabia.com. We will investigate and assist. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us, as it may be considered fraudulent.
